I hold PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) and APBM Certified Business Manager (CBM) certifications. I have experience with initial project analysis, project justification, business case creation, scope, risk management, requirements definition, vendor negotiations, change management activities, deployment, tradeoffs, Earned Value (EV) techniques, timelines, testing, test plans, financial management, configuration Management, waterfall SDLC and AGILE, work breakdown structures and cost/budget experience on all size projects and programs. I have a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Economics with a multidisciplinary Bachelor of Science degree. I have software application and infrastructure project experience.
