General – I have over thirty years of project management, business and technology experience in government (DOD and NASA), electronics, banking and IT environments. I hold PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) and APBM Certified Business Manager (CBM) certifications. I have experience with initial project analysis, project justification, business case creation, scope, risk management, requirements definition, vendor negotiations, change management activities, deployment, tradeoffs, Earned Value (EV) techniques, timelines, testing, test plans, financial management, configuration Management, waterfall SDLC and AGILE, work breakdown structures and cost/budget experience on all size projects and programs. I have a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Economics with a multidisciplinary Bachelor of Science degree. I have software application and infrastructure project experience.

Pratt & Whitney High Speed Civil Transport (HSCT) Program – Implemented and Managed Client’s Cost and Schedule Control System on the Critical Propulsion Components (CPC) Program and integrated with NASA and GE scheduling systems/teams

Managed all aspects of a $13.3 million multinational (Belgium, Denmark, The Netherlands, Israel, Egypt, Venezuela) acquisition in support of a $1 billion F-16 Weapon System Trainer acquisition, including: a matrixed program staff of engineers, contracting officers, test managers, configuration manager and other specialists; conducted vendor contract negotiations; prepared Statements of Work and contract including vendor oversight
